CISI CPD Event - Client Persuasion and Client Communications, 9th Feb

Christoher Jones-Warner produced an excellent talk on effective client communication, clarifying among many other wonderful points, how the manner in which we listen affects what is said. Harry Walker, from Dimensional, spoke with great clarity about Cialdini's Science of Persuasion, and, if delivered with integrity, how it can provide a fast track to an effective relationship. Both speakers during 'questions' supported the view that good communication leads to a significantly more profitable firm.
