CPD seminars: Growth strategies with investment companies

The AIC is running five free seminars this autumn on using investment companies for long-term growth. Speakers include fund managers and Nick Britton, the AIC’s Head of Training.

The Association of Investment Companies (AIC) is running five seminars for financial planners and wealth managers on using investment companies for long-term growth.

Led by Nick Britton, Head of Training at the AIC, each event will also include presentations from prominent investment company fund managers including Harry Nimmo, manager of Standard Life UK Smaller Companies; Peter Spiller, manager of Capital Gearing; Peter Ewins, manager of F&C Global Smaller Companies; and Andrew Land, partner at HgCapital.

The CISI-endorsed seminars are free to attend but advance booking is required. They are being held in Bristol (7 September, 09.30-12.30), Knutsford (14 September, 11.30-14.30), London (5 October 09.00-12.00), Harrogate (12 October, 11.30-14.30) and Birmingham (9 November, 09.30-12.30).
